About Me / Profile Summary
I am an Assistant Professor working on two-dimensional semiconductor materials, with a focus on scalable CVD/MOCVD synthesis, automated process development, and AI-assisted optimization for advanced electronic and optoelectronic devices. My research integrates materials chemistry, plasma processes, and system-level automation to enable reproducible, low-temperature, and manufacturable 2D materials.
Current Research Focus
My research centers on scalable and automated synthesis of two-dimensional semiconductor materials, integrating AI-assisted process optimization, advanced transfer strategies, and plasma-enhanced growth techniques.
- Autonomated CVD/PECVD/MOCVD synthesis platforms with closed-loop control
- Bayesian optimization and data-driven workflows for process window definition
- Large-area transfer and layer-controlled heterostructure assembly
- Plasma-assisted low-temperature growth for next-generation electronics
