I am a Senior Research Engineer specializing in two-dimensional semiconductor materials, scalable CVD/MOCVD process development, and multiphysics modeling. My work encompasses materials synthesis, reaction engineering, reactor and process simulation, large-area material transfer, and AI-assisted process optimization. I aim to translate fundamental materials research into reproducible and manufacturable semiconductor processes.
Research & Engineering Focus
My work focuses on bridging fundamental 2D materials research with semiconductor process engineering, combining experimental process development, physics-based simulation, and data-driven optimization.
- Scalable CVD/MOCVD process development for two-dimensional semiconductor materials and next-generation electronic applications
- Multiphysics reactor and process modeling, including fluid flow, heat and mass transfer, gas-phase chemistry, and surface reaction kinetics
- AI-assisted and data-driven process optimization for process-window exploration, parameter tuning, and accelerated development
